The policy at Coop Micro Bar is to adopt the procedures and advice by Public Health England and the NHS.

To protect our community from the coronavirus pandemic as we resume activities, we will be adhering to the following hygiene and social distancing guidelines:

  • To enter the premises staff and customers must be free from Covid-19 symptoms.
  • Any staff member or Customer who comes into contact with a suspected case must report it to Coop Micro Bar for us to react to appropriately.
  • We request tables are booked online and where we operate an online track and trace system.
  • We request all customers clean their hands on arrival, after using the facilities and regularly throughout their visit using the hand sanitiser provided.
  • 1m plus social distancing should be respected at all times.
  • Staff and customers must regularly wash hands to the government guidelines.
  • The premises and toilets are cleaned routinely throughout the day.
  • Staff will clean all tables and menus between customers.
  • We encourage customers to designate one person in the party to order at the bar and the staff will then provide waiter service to your table.
  • Customers are asked to take their drinks off the tray to minimise contact and the tray will be cleaned between orders.
  • We encourage everyone to be sensible and follow and remain up to date with the recent government guidelines.

  • Social distancing should be respected at all times.
  • Staff and customers must regularly wash hands to the government guidelines.
  • Regular use of hand sanitiser is encouraged and will be provided on every table.
  • Cleaning wipes, sprays and tissues are provided.
  • The premises are cleaned throughout after and before closing and opening each day.
  • Staff are to clean contact surfaces between table sessions.
  • We encourage customers to designate one person in the party to order at the bar and the staff will then provide waiter service to your table.
